Paddy Brocklehurst
I got a call earlier today to tell me that Paddy Brocklehurst ,late 60's, early 70's Mini racer has passed away in London after a period of illness ,another bit of history leaving us in what has already been a sad week
Re: Paddy Brocklehurst
Many thanks for confirming that Bob. I saw the death notice in this mornings Herald and wondered if it was the mini racer from years gone by.

Sad news again, he was a pretty hard charger, I hope the track in the sky is ready for this influx of talent.

Yes sadly with Paddy I did know it was coming ,but it doesn't make it any easier ,Paddy is of course the brother of Richard Brocklehurst ,better know for his XU1 and Falcon GTHO exploits, and like with Merv Neil, along the way ,I shared a working motor sport relationship and some good times with both of them ,and in turn with Gavin going also its been a hard week
