Brian Hart RIP

Post by Malcolm McLeod »

Another legend has left us with Brian Hart passing away on the 5th after an illness.
Best known for his work tuning, developing, and rebuilding Cosworth motors, he also developed his own 1.5 litre Formula One motor, which propelled Senna to his first Formula One podium.
Rest in peace Brian - and thanks for the alloy block BDA!

I suppose it is now the times we live in, for those of us who are wearing out our gold cards, every week now we seem to lose someone.

Thanks for the heads up. Didn't Brian Henton hit F1 with that car just before Senna?

Yes us gold card holders seem to be in the midst of a series of passings and unfortunately it will continue on. I some time dread opening RS discussion forum in case there is another that we all remember so well. It all gets a bit depressing at times. RIP
