Check out Adam Jones' page - for links to his videos of Leadfoot. Please note that Adam shot and produced the videos. I only supplied a few photographs!

Batch 14

In ERC circles, this is the now famous 'Sandy' Mygind. An infrequent racer, he managed two handicap wins at the Porsche Festival as he improved rapidly, leading to (strenuously denied...) accusations of sand-bagging!
Mini Cooper - Robin Longdon from the UK
Older Cooper - Allan Woolf of course.
The Man!

Batch 15 - Final batch from this event. There were a few cars I missed and a few cars that obviously didn't run, but what I have posted on here is a fair cross section.

Hi Ray. Do you happen to have any more of me in the Gulf Cobra?

Got a couple I think - one static whilst about to head out of the paddock and I think one side shot, left to right. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you what I have.

Back to photos from the archives or tidying up those I'd already shrunk to size for this thread.

Randomly dipping into the archives and being a bit ruthless, deleting images that are duplicates and trying to tidy up some of those that need it, so expect a few posts from any sections of the library.
Modern sports and sports racing cars particularly don't have the same appeal as the older stuff. Now I have to study the race programme to identify the modern cars. Sad.

Slide of course - 1971
Small compact camera and heavily cropped image.
Decent DSLR camera - so much easier - and cheaper. Not the sharpest of images!

Re: Just A Mix Of Pics - Ray Green Collection
Laptop doesn't have the same software as the PC, but shrinking full size images to 950 pixels max and 185kb is a real pain. What software does anyone else use? On the PC, I spend ages on Photoshop, doing one image at a time and can only upload 1 image at a time too. There must be a better way...

Saturday pic. Bruce made a race of it - and still won. Sunday, he had a touch of the Dan Gurney's in race two when the gear lever parted company. Several others had gearbox issues over the weekend.

Since Windows XP days I have been using the Windows PowerTool image-resizer. It is no longer made/supported by Mircosoft but the tool is still alive and well. I use it all the time. It is fast and simple.

Once installed on your Windows PC - just select the picture or pictures you want - right mouse click and select the options you want. Job done.

Thanks for that.
Have installed "imageresizer" - which will save me a lot of time!
Next query - how to upload a batch to TRS rather than individual files!

Re: Just A Mix Of Pics - Ray Green Collection
Yet another mix. Can anyone identify the car in pic number 1? I may have posted this before and I'm guessing 1936/38 or thereabouts, but so many cars in that era had similar bodies, so it could be anything. Note the price of petrol...

Re: Just A Mix Of Pics - Ray Green Collection
When single seaters from different makes had an identity.
Just going through and biffing a few duplicates at the moment, but doing it randomly, so diving into different sections of the collection and picking out an occasional pic just to make it less of a waste of time.
