I believe there were two Gordon Keebles in NZ, the blue one (which I last saw with Minilite wheels, up for sale at the rear of the Victoria Market for about $60,000, quite a few years ago), a white one, which may have popped up on Trade Me not too long ago and I'm fairly sure there was another that was mentioned when the subject was last raised. There again, it could be my old memory playing tricks - again.

I thought the only Gordon Keeble I had seen was maroon. Echoing the last phrase on post 3417.

There was one used as a course car at Pukekohe back in the 60s which I thought was the coolest car I had ever seen. Still do actually. My failing memory thinks it was blue.

Your memory isn't fading Allan.
Taken at Ellerslie 1990. One of the few cars that would have looked better with the original wheels. In my opinion anyway.
This has been posted on here before.
Going through my own pics, I have photographed 7 different Gordon Keebles and Dad's company, photographed the interior of another one in the UK that I haven't yet scanned. The blue one above is the only one I have seen in NZ.

Much as I love various other front engined cars of the 1960's, this is still my number 1, despite the American engine.

If it wasn't for the fact that my trips to the UK are centred around the Goodwood Revival, I'd love to attend a Prescott Hillclimb again, now I'm armed with a longer lens, digital, and unlimited pics!
H - non British racers - struggling here!
Hamill SR3 - love the look of this car.

More likely to find Hepworth at Shelsley Walsh. I really must download my shots. No action, all in the paddock, both there and Prescott.

The Gordon Keeble KS92 was one that I looked at buying in the late 1980s - it was the ex-Sir Roberston Stewart car from Christchurch. He was the PDL racing patron and the Minilite wheels came from one of the versions of the PDL Mustang and the guards were slightly flared to accommodate them. Took the car for a long drive out west and recollect it was very good but seemed to have some bump steer and the handbrake was almost impossible to operate as it was tucked down between the seat and the console.
