You da man Myles! Thanks for clarifying that. Makes sense to go straight to the source, just as well we have you here.

Wonderful pics of a wonderful place to race.
I can identify several racing cars: Bob Minogue in the Sidney Rudge
#39 is an Elfin Aero
#114 is a Lynx
Lotus 18/??/ Lynx

Meddles. I believe the Lynx is my FJ BMC car and is the only pic I've seen from that
visit to the weir. Has it been stated as to the date? KB

Hi there KB, good to see you posting on here. Bruce has labelled all the 1964 pics as AL-9-64; being Albury, and September (I assume)-1964. I'll try and confirm that with him.

Hi Kevin
Have just revisited here since the large glitch, to find your post.
I have no Hume Weir records of that period. Now that you say it I can see that it is you in the car -- but I have no recollection of that Lynx in that livery. What colour was it then?
Hope you like the pic of Bob Minogue in the Sidney. Nearly fifty years on he was with his bike at Goodwood last year

According the Mini experience magazine http://bmcexperience.com.au/issue-27/ray-molloy.html the Ray Molloy mini held the mini lap record at Hume Weir upon the tracks closure. Would there be any way to verify this via records, and whom would have the records?

It looks pretty sharp alright & it certainly has that Volvo look about it.

Could be that of Jerry Lister, he raced a similar looking Volvo in the early 70s.
