I agree Bruce, that front air dam is absolutely not correct for 1967. Actually the splitter/ dam on the CSL is from a later era too.

Bruce,
Slobber indeed. In the upper photo I made that Alfa look pretty fearsome with those orange cones. (Dragon like !)

John,
I am not sure of the Caltex connection but it was the Mobil Oil logo back in 1951 such as John Cobb had on his Railton Special in 1947.

Ken. Wow, for all these years since I saw the Railton in the late 50s, I thought Pegasus was Caltex....and its not, its Mobil.
Thanks for the update.
BTW- had a friend with 1936 Railton a few years ago...............

John,
After reading this I am even more confused but Mobil and Caltex do have connections over the years.
https://www.revolvy.com/topic/Mobil%20Oil&item_type=topic

"Caltex began in 1936 as the California Texas Oil Company, a joint venture between the Texas Company (later named Texaco) and Standard Oil of California (later named Chevron Corp.) to market oil from newly gained concessions in Saudi Arabia. It was renamed Caltex Petroleum Corp. in 1968. The two parent companies merged in 2001 to form ChevronTexaco (renamed Chevron in 2005) and Caltex remains one of its major international brand names."

Now, where was I ?

Mobilgas came from the merger of Standard Oil Co and Vacuum Oil. The Pegasus first arrived in 1911 as part of Vacuum Oil and then in its current form in 1934 on top of their headquarters in Dallas. The Pegasus has been restored.
It is an interesting history.

Geez,
I put in all these photos and the only comments I get are about Pegasus stickers on my mate's car !
I might just quit at this point.
(my boss would like that. )

Thanks folks. I appreciate a boost when I get a bit discouraged and I am being "watched". ..
So let the ride continue. I might be putting in stuff until you are sick of it, but here I go..

The Group 6 A was for 1970-1984 Sports Cars under 2100 cc.
I did not capture much but I always liked these little beasts.
