Yes,realise that,I was impressed with the sharpness of the photo which i presume was a quite slow shutter setting.

Surprisingly, to get the rain streak effect you have to use a much faster shutter speed than you would think. These were shot at 1/200th.

Thanks Nigel,you learn something everyday,could not figure how you got the shot how i would have tried,without a tripod etc.Great photos.RH
