I was there, spectating above Honda or Repco? Corner that day as the car cavorted off the road and opposite-locked back on. Great stuff.

The Darracq in a quarter mile sprint at Manfeild last Saturday. Not sure what time she did, but the Hoffman Cobra was probably quicker.

Original car
I believe the New Zealand Darracq was recreated from using engine parts from this car. A good case for the Race Replica debate I imagine, as none one of us would have had a chance to see this back in the day... A real highlight watching this car at Phillip Island. The people around me were clapping and cheering every time it went through turn 1.
