Goodwood Revival 2021

Post by ERC »

Looks to be the usual main mix of races - and I have no problem with that.

The St Mary's saloons' race is for 1950's cars, so I'm very happy with that. Celebrity drivers Saturday. Owners Sunday.

Formula Junior is front engined as is the pre 1960's F1, so happy with that too.

BRM celebration - woohoo.

Really looking forward to a new vantage spot (for me) on the Friday.

I've also learned to use the camera's auto focussing system a bit better too, so I won't be dumping as many slightly out of focus pics as I did for 2018.

It may be as bit of a gamble going, but one I'm prepared to take - though 14 days MIQ on my return isn't very appealing.

Hopefully they may have adopted the UK system by then, for 'green' countries.

My favourite historic racing event of the year. I was gutted when it was cancelled last year. I did enjoy the Speedweek event put together to combine elements of all three Goodwoods major race meetings, but it'll be good when things return to normal.
