RIP Kevin Green

Post by Bruce302 »

Tuesday Feb 23rd, I received the very sad news that our friend Kevin Green has passed away.
Many will remember him for his beautiful Chevrolet coupe, for the Chevvy Shop, and for the great marine race engines he built.
Kevin has been based in the US for many years but always had the affinity with New Zealand as it was his home. He had wished to return to NZ with his coupe, which he has kept all these years, to race again. Time ran out. RIP Kevin and condolences to those he left behind especially his partner Lucinda.

Thanks Bruce,
I am saddened by Kevin’s passing.
I was aware he was not well and his desires to return home to race his Coupe.
Kevin was a very good friend and his help to me with parts to restore the Tulloch Camaro was to me very much appreciated, hence our friendship grew.
I was there when he left our shores for his adventures in the US.

I know many of my old friends in the Camaro Club NZ will also mourn his passing.

Our deepest sympathies to Kevin’s family and his many friends.

Rest In Peace Kevin
