Mustang history

And here's what he did to it when he first purchased/raced it - would have been 1973, before returning it to the glorious blue and white for the 1974/75 season ..... (again my 1/18th scale model of it)

No-one seems to know what ever happened to the car after that. A friend of mine's brother pit crewed on it and apparently they raced it at Manfield at some stage ??? But that was a looooooong time ago !

I do intend to make a version in the McConnachie colours - #3, white interior, no bonnet scoop or front spoiler.

Speedway saloons of the '70's

Post by oppositelock »

In the Holden corner we have a few Toranas.

Peter Martin's 1976 and 1977 NZ Champion JJ Fishmart and Superoo takeaways cars #4H.

Blondie Chamberlain's 1981 NZ Champion car #77s.

Australian Peter Crick's awesome ashphalt racer from 1974 Liverpool City Raceway.

All models are made in resin and are 1/18th scale.
