I have a pic from Puke 4th April 1964 showing it sidelined at hairpin at Puke ,cut out guards are covered with something

John,
Perhaps Spinner had been told to cover the rear tyres so he added these custom flares as he is seen here hounding Ivan Segedin in his Anglia at Pukekohe.

Reeceracer wrote:Yep, sometimes it takes a couple of goes, don't know why as I'm not doing anything different....but I now know to check and fix straight away if neccessary. Should be good now, Cheers, Reece.

Reece, Yes it is "fun " and I know that sometimes other people cannot see the photo's because of their own system or server, especially if viewed off a phone or tablet, rather than a Laptop or PC
These photo's are brilliant as I mentioned, many thanks to your Dad and you for them.
From what was probably the " Best "time in NZ Motor Racing late 1950's into the 1960's and 70's ..

PS will be living in your neighbourhood from April onwards at Omokoroa, we should catch up somewhere some time ,
Nigel Watts is close by too and a few others from TRS - maybe form the BOP " TRS Club ".. Cheers

PS don't drive quite like this these days, too old too slow .. and the car still exists

Taken at my Grandparents house, Dad used to work with Brian Payne at Payne Motors Otahuhu, they must have been doing some work on it at some stage.
