Hi All, a really great turn out of cars and well done to all concerned. Just a question though on the Addis Charger and Sheweiry Mustang, I was kinda hoping to see these two but they are not listed, are they still planning to race these two cars again in the future if not at this meeting. Thanks to you all for getting these awesome cars back on the track again. Fans do appreciate the effort involved.

As an original Sports Sedan driver, and a racer since 1965, Graeme Park is racing this as an Invited Allcomer.
Marina will be back at its sizzling best at Hampton Downs in January.

When I enquired about running my escort as invited allcomer I was told that, all comers cars were as the allcomers cars were like Zepher Corvette, custaxi etc, not modern cars, a change of plan now? I respect Mr Park is an old sport sedan driver and will race his car once finished, but I do struggle with this as I have always had it hammered to me it is about the 'cars' not the drivers. How does a Scarab 240Z fit?

Awesome pics Timbo. Thanks for posting. Some of those cars have been in the restoration phase for a long time, so its great to see them finished.

Interestingly, three of the four cars were built by John McCormack.

Timbo, did you get photos of other categories at the MCM? If so, would you be happy to do a MCM thread?

My XA Coupe and the XU1 V8 were both picked up today by Brian Roberts Transporters this afternoon and will arrive at Manfield Friday morning.
Too difficult taking 2 cars down on 2 trailers with 2 towing vehicles.
Jennifer Mossman will drive the XA Coupe in her favourite Sports Sedan race also the Sybill Lupp Trophy race for ladies.
I am driving the Torrie in Sports Sedan race, Foggy just finished it today and dropped it off this morning.
looking forward to a field of 27 cars this weekend.

I am so looking forward to seeing the Alfetta at Manfeild. It has to be many many years since it raced on Manfeild. Such an iconic sports sedan for all and a very special car for the Italian/Chev lover like me !!!
Also looking forward to seeing the Viva as well as the Toranas John.

Yes agreed....really looking forward to the weekend. There is some great footage of these cars as I posted on this thread too and with the Alfetta. Any chance of any update on George's Mustang and the Addis Charger? really wanted to see those going again or are they back in storage?? Just been thinking about the Jack Nazer Victor, I remember seeing an article once that it was being restored too, any news?? Any info from those closer to this than me would be appreciated. I was reading the other thread on the topic the other night and the postings from 2013 were that the Mustang was going back in to mothball storage again.. That would be a shame for sure.

Jennifer Mossman gave me some pix of her earlier cars.
The consul was built by Keith weir and john thorby. Sadly Keith passed away this year.
Nice sunnies to shield the glare
She had a ton of fun driving with the Sports Sedan gang at the MG Manfeild

This from Roger Davis-
The car behind the quarter past three is shane windleborn SLR5000.

The shot on the roaring season is Jennifer, Alan Ferguson,Steve Pearson in the renault (which he had between the imp and the rover) (its wrecked and at the dump) and my Torana.
The car in the background is Greg Lancaster in his ex factory Volvo turbo. (this thing disappeared a long time ago)

The Commodore was well known car before Jennifer took it over,(yellow and blue) Jennifer and partner did a very nice refurbish of it.
She drove very well.
