Still don't show half of what they have up there and in storage elsewhere.

Including most of NZ's historic Mustang race cars...(sob!)...

Ah well, good on 'em, at least they still get their lovely stuff out on the track and give it a whippin'...

Which basically only leaves the Fahey Mustang as it raced. The others have all been returned to their original states, eg Geogeghan.

I've always considered the Geoghegan/Coppins/Riley Mustang to be an Australian car, so to me that has returned to its rightful home. The Dawson Mustang is now back in NZ. So that just leaves the Fahey and Kennett/Dunlop/Haig cars, and I believe the Fahey Mustang can be bought, if anyone is prepared to stump up the cash.

....Bowdens!!!!....real nice Family, good people, passionate 'Keepers of the Flame'.......and as GD66 stated, quite happy to get them all out for a 'Romp' at any opportunity,I know I stated else where that Queenslanders walk funny, but these people walk and talk 'straight',its a must to take in a tour if afford the chance.................when I presented the Bob Jane Camaro at the Melbourne Racing Car Show some years ago David (Dad!) Bowden came to have a look at 'Big Red' and proceeded to make me an excellent offer for the ZL1 Camaro in all its Glory, well I considered this offer for about 2miniutes,then realised what good would that much money do for me If I had to live on the Moon to avoid the Bob Jane Ninja's,so I respectfully declined.......I have developed a huge respect for this family both in thier generosity when I need help to get the 'Bob' Camaro on track at Bathurst and in the way they conduct thier business transactions,I trust that Chris or Dan will get onsite and be able to share great tales, such as the Moff Mustang at 'Goodwood' etc........................come on Steve time you emailed them.......regards thunder427/MJ :) :)

Is it true the Bowdens own the Kar-Kraft built Mustang ran by Bud Moore in the '69 Trans-Am, and raced by Frank Gardner in Britain in 1970 (with 1970 front sheet metal)?
