Perhaps that was an early secret car for Bruce McLaren because number 47 was his favorite number early on and if he had dropped cans of those two colours of red and yellow it may have given him the formula for his "McLaren Orange" paint schemes that he made famous.
Does anyone doubt me ?

Just because I woke up too early this morning I went trolling. Just come across a reference to the "Silver Fern Racing Team" which ran, amongst others, Jim Richards in an Anglia. If this is pretending to be the same car, it's a long way off what Jim Raced!

There is a name on the door and something on the band at the top of the windscreen .. any ideas, I can't read them !!!
