Looks straight forward- remove roof outer skin, rear quarters and front guards.
Get body blasted to get rid off rust.

Quick rego search via Trade Me /Free says it is based on a 1971 Rover 2000. Looks like South Island to me,black plate is in nice condition though.!!!!!
