Hey Bondy, any chance we'll see a 1:18 of Bob Jane's HQ Monaro Improved Tourer at some stage?

Sorry for my ignorance Bondy, but is resin plastic, like the old kitsets models?

They`re die cast Steve, I`ve already pre ordered mine and I`ll get the main man to sign the roof when I see him next......
There is already a roadcar HQ Monaro in 1:18 diecast Steve, so it wouldn`t be hard for Biante to set up a run of Bob Janes Monaro.

I am no expert on Resin Steve, but basically they use a form of plastic mold and fill it with a liquid synthetic resin which hardens. It is much cheaper than diecast tooling and great for when you can't get the numbers to make a diecast. Jane's car went through many changes and i know they would'nt sell 6000 of a Improved Tourer Version at say $215 Aus each..

To avoid cofusion, Jim's XY is diecast as Biante can use the AutoArt tooling :)
