it always had rear bodywork covering the tyres...originally with a boot which was shortened to a flat cut off...I have photos taken not long after Peter finished the build at Admiral Hill-climb

This was taken at what I believe was the car's first appearance, in a WCC Levin sprint in August 1962. Maybe the bolts holding on the rear end are marks on the negative

do you have any later photos of when I was competing....Peter is still into cars on the Gold Coast....manufacturing and selling kits of GT40's/Cobras....probably the largest kit supplier in OZ...sells lots to the US but the currency exchange not helping at present.

does anyone know what happened to Len's photo collection....there must be thousands around somewhere...I can't remember going to any event in the lower North Island when Len wasn't there snapping from the best position
