I am starting to collect older motorcycles and have a shopping list. The GT750 Suzuki waterbucket and the Kawasaki H1 500 are on it as roadbikes. Suzuki RG500 Mk.3 and Yamaha Tz750D already sourced. That Kawasaki is a wonderfully detailed and restored piece of kit

Although not spotted - it did come up when having an online chat/helping them with an issue
.
Anyway one of the ladies that works for us in the French office - her husband has restored just those bikes Kawasaki H1 500 and the waterbus....I will have to find them and post them up.

EDIT: Found them - sorry was not a waterbus....I think she said that was a friend of her husbands that had the bus.

First up a Kawasaki Z 1000 along with a Kawasaki 900 Z1B and the Kawasaki 250 SAMURAI

Is this not the bigger sister Renown? Looks a bit too long for a Mayflower. Not my kind of car but very well done.

Jamie- if it was a 1970-71 500 Mach 3 it would throw him, these were definitely more tractable.

My family had one, towed a 12' caravan with it in the 50's, side valve and all!

What happened when you got to a hill ? That sidevalve had a taste for head gaskets as I remember

From what I remember, never a problem, well it got there, but slowly. Inside the purpose built 12' caravan was an 11'6" yacht! Went pretty much all over NZ!

Things being towed!!
This was going past my house...must have been a BYO BBQ
Image

Not everyday you see a plane being towed
Image

The comby is actually being towed by a tow truck

Was wondering why the traffic was going so slow - check out the tow rope between the first two cars
