Awesome pics David, thanks heaps for posting them. Its sad to see the track looking like that. I know it'll never be raced on again but it'd be nice to see it preserved to show its history. I just hope they don't go bulldozing whats left just to slap more houses in. That'd really be tragic!

Surely Steve people do not build house's were race tracks have been (or as Bay Park was, when still in use complain and end up with cheap subdivision)
Yeah, you wouldn't think people were that stupid would you. But never underestimate stupidity! Moving next to a race track is one thing, but people actually do this and then start complaining about the noise! Go figure.

bry3500 where did you get the last photo (Matich in the SR4)? That's one of mine.
Dale.
Dale - If you would like me to add some of the images you so kindly sent me, I can drop your name across them like I do on my own so no mistaking who they belong to and upload to here. Then Bry3500 can drop that one off and we avoid a repeat if you know what I mean. Your call. How is that great little car of yours going. Regards Tony
From the Dale Harvey Collection. If you wish to show these somewhere else, please ask Dale through this forum before taking. Thank you.

Wow, stunning photos Dale, thanks so much for allowing these to be posted here. I particularly love the shot of Beechey drifting the '69 HK Monaro. Really nice shots also of the early Sports Sedans, including the Faltang!
