I am tempted to say Johnny Riley for the Monza (Corvette), but it dose not look like him, so Bill Thomasen.
Brabaham TC is Andy Buchanan.
Minis turned over quite often, so could be anyone although I suspect an Inwood photo that I have probably seen before. Tony Glbertson?

John Riley before he got the D type, the mini is from a Northern car club hillclimb at Paparimu.Andy Buchanan is correct as is Keith Lamb's Vanguard based special.
I think I'll give up this game as the members are too clever.

Pretty sure it's Riley in the Monza-Corvette. I think the photo was published in Motorman at the time

The caption with the Monza photo says it was John Riley not long before he acquired the D type. The upturned Mini belongs to Roger Harrington. Thats all from me.

I hadn't noticed that the titles I give the postings are visible when the curser is hovered over the pic.

Riley did own the D-type, but never raced it, buying a Lola Mk1 instead

Roger Harrington will be the man more familiarly known as Roy Harrington

I never realised that Roy Harrington, more known as an Imp man dabbled with Minis, perhaps we now know why!

You got him Jim, Talking with Fred Courtney the other day and he gave me the photo, his comment "it is so close to not coming back" and that WAS full lock. May spend some time with Fred and put a history of the car together. John took the V8 out and put it in a coupe apparently.
Note the safety. Nice sunglass's

Was he getting ready to jump? That looks like his right knee sticking out just under the mirror on left of photo. Where and when is it? Mid 60's somewhere up in Northland?
