Hi All,
Just joined the site. I raced and rallied in the 70's in New Zealand. Also did some stuff in Australia. Was lucky enough to collect 3 NZ championships and 3 Queensland State championships in Australia.
The discussion about the NZ Shellsport series attracted my attention, as that is what i was involved with for 2 seasons. 75-76. 76-77

Welcome to the site Steve I am sure there are many on this forum who will remember you in the Black Eastern Tools Datsun. If you go through the forums you may also wish to add some notes about your father Ralph on the Torana and other threads.

Gidday Steve, welcome to The Roaring Season, its really great to have you here. Will be looking forward to your contributions. Your tyre bills racing that little Datsun must have been pretty reasonable. Every time I see a photo of it it only has 2 wheels on the deck!
