According to MSNZ archives Mike, although David Simpson won the outright 1966 NZ Saloon Car Championship in his Lotus powered Anglia, Ivan actually won the `Unlimited Class' for larger capacity engines, so he still won a NZ class title in the Mustang. Not quite Dave Simpson won the NZRDC ...

Oxton raced the Tui in the last two 1977 Gold Star rounds - Baypark 10/04 (2nd to McMillan) and Manfeild 17/04 (first from McMillan)

Formula Atlantic was adopted by North American clubs, mainly in Canada, to replace their Formula B (similar to our old National Formula) but had started in the UK

Andrew B(no kin of mine) didn't appear in programme, and car 108 (=Yeats) was in my brother's list of starters, but doesn't appear in the lap chart. However car 107 Scott Wiseman (Buckler 90) which wasn't in brother's list does appear in lap chart and finished 9th. Didn't Andy own the car after ...

I recall the Orchid as being light blue. I'm pretty sure that white and red car is Andrew Buchanan's Buckler (ex-Mayo/Gill)
