Thanks Steve I will pass this year as I still have my two CanAm shirts in pristine condition , however I will be 'flying' the flag at Brenda and Bryans wedding this weekend in Wellington by wearing my very cool track roadster tee !

This is Bel Air 3 , not the first . I recommend a book "The Boss" which his nephew loaned me , great reading Hec Green was his engine man .

Bel Air 3 in fact , 2.5 V6 and 114 mph was the speed .

Richard was a regular campaigner at Ruapuna back then . I remember being told that it was based on a real Lotus shell .

Almost as ugly as the creation of a engishman called John Dodd , I had in a 70,s magazine " Hot Car " with a Rolls Royce grill and Merlin powered . Man those poms had / have some weird ideas on " Hot rods " !

Does a car with " Muscle " have to derive from the great USA to wear this title , e.g Jack Ondrack in his TVR .
