In period on works Escorts the diagonal ran both ways as to suit the co drivers reclining seat.The seat was able to fully recline so the driver /co driver was able to rest on long touring stages .Peter .

Did this MG come to NZ in the late 60s/70s as I worked on a Similar car in Whangarei that had a grey Holden engine.around 1968/1971.
