Re: Gold Kawasaki 750 H2
Hi John, it might be worth running a line of enquiry past Norjo Kawasaki in Chch, they still exist and they ran more Kawa 750 H2s than anybody back then, although to my memory their gun rider Owen Galbraith turned out regularly on a blue one. Nevertheless if your gold one had a big bingle at ...

Re: Scott Dixon
I also saw somewhere recently that Brendon Hartley will be joining Dixon at Chip Ganassi Racing next year, quite a power duo ! Not sure what CGR are doing for budget, after a long term and very profitable partnership Target are withdrawing their sponsorship at the end of the year and redirecting it ...

I have to admit to being disappointed GD66 when I read this as I did not know I had this effect on you or was this possibly meant for a certain other person ? Ha ! No mate, love your stuff and am envious of your full and varied life in motorsport, but that certain other person's constant sniping ...

He must have filed that after the Saturday of the Winton round, it's actually 9/10 : SVG 4, Scotty Mac 3, FabCo 2.
And Mostert won on the Sunday at the Island for the sole Aussie win. Been a great series so far, and not just for the skewed results.

Re: 1970. Gulf Porsche Team in action
I remember seeing Kirk F White's name on the wing of David Hobbs' 1972 Tasman Series McLaren. This Daytona yarn about the Penske Sunoco 512, amongst many others, is covered in Kirk F White's bio, a long and very interesting set of stories which is updated every few weeks. Takes a while to motor ...

I wouldn't have seen the original message from that source as they are blocked - unless I really want to read them, which I don't. Your excellent pics probably do more to promote these meetings than most seem to realise. The ...
