Hi. I have had an interest in motorsport for as long as I can remember, having been brought up following my father (Bob Harden) around the North Island in the late 70s early 80s. He raced formula Vee with Heather Spurl and went on to Scanz racing Sid mk2. Also owned one of the 3 wide bodied S4 Lotus 7's that Steel Bros built in 1978.
My interest is in Ford Escorts Mk1 mainly. I am currently building an old Mk1 race car with the view to do Targa. Would like to find out if car has any history before I go changing the car too much, will start a thread to see if anyone knows the car.
