This is a project car I've owned for several years, but which I'll probably never finish, so have decided to sell it. It started life as a 1938 Ford Deluxe four door sedan, but the chassis is now fitted with a 1939 Ford Deluxe coupe body.
The body was chopped up in the '60s to be fitted to a stockcar chassis for speedway racing, but the project was never completed. The body has been partially rebuilt, but still needs a LOT of work.
The chassis is really nice, and has had the centre section fabricated for a 1955 324ci Oldsmobile Rocket motor and Hryromatic.
Plenty of money already spent, but I have other interests and projects, so the old girl has to go. I've put it on Trademe with 5K reserve.
