Thanks for the links Roger, these are stunning! Interesting to see one of the ex-Reventlow Scarabs owned by Jim Jeffords, and repainted purple! Jeffords later raced a Corvette quite successfully, also painted purple. He is probably better known as the guy who set up the AMC Javelin team in the Trans-Am in 1968, and came up with the distinctive red/white/blue AMC racing colour scheme.
