I was born in 1970 so missed the seventys racing first hand. All my family from New Plymouth were and are involved in Car Clubs, also at the inception of Mini 7 racing, my Dad, Mike Holswich, held pole position for the first ever Mini 7 race.
I have competed in a lot of speedway racing in New Zealand and Australia where I now live, in Perth. I raced sedans TQ and finally in Midgets (Speedcars in Aussie).
