Wow, so neat to see the Alfetta being driven like that. Its just one of my all-time favorite race cars. Thanks for sharing Keith.

Well as some of you may be aware that unfortunately John McKechnie resigned from the Secretary’s duties, Committee and the group earlier this year.
Bruce Thompson stood in until a replacement could be found to help Historic Sports Sedans Club move forward.

The other week Roger Williams put his hand up and after a Committee Meeting last weekend he was elected Chairman and Bruce Dyer elected Secretary.

The remaining committee consists of,

Jennifer Mossman, Treasurer,
Roger Davis, Eligibility Officer,
Club Captain, Adrian Dobbe,
Race Coordinator, Graeme Park,
Lower North Island Rep, Graham Barnes.

I realise that some of the members are on this forum and we will soon be advising of an AGM but in the meantime we would like to hear from anyone who has a car that they think is compliant to contact me.

We are also in the planning stages of a programme of race meetings for this coming season and would like as much support as possible.
Planned Meetings are..

MG Classic, Manfeild in November
Taupo Historic GP, January.
Legends of Speed, HD, March.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers
Bruce

In-car video from the first scratch race at MG Manfield 2019 on the Saturday. Only David's second meeting in the car, still a lot of issues to sort out........

he is already in touch with the English part of the car-Lucas Prince of Darkness fuel injection- with a Border Collie,Cooper S and enjoys a warm beer.
We will give him some personal space of 2m to allow for Italian air talk with his hands
